Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address and, if you provide it, a display name and country. For each vehicle you add: make, model, year, engine, fuel, transmission, mileage, optional VIN, plate, colour, purchase details, notes, service records, mileage logs, reported issues, uploaded or generated photos and uploaded reports. We also store your subscription plan and status.

Why we use it

To run your account, show your garage, calculate health scores and predictions, answer your questions in the assistant, send in-app alerts and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

Hosting, database, authentication and file storage are provided by our infrastructure partners. Payments are handled by Stripe, which is the seller of the Premium subscription and stores your card details — we never see them. Assistant answers and vehicle illustrations are generated by an AI provider using the vehicle data needed for that request. If you accept advertising cookies, Google AdSense may serve ads on the free plan.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account from Settings erases your vehicles, history, alerts, photos and reports immediately and permanently. Payment records kept by Stripe follow their own legal retention rules.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data in the app, export it on request, withdraw advertising consent at any time by clearing your browser storage, and delete everything from Settings. To raise a question or a complaint, contact us at the address below.

Cookies

We store a session cookie so you stay signed in, plus your language, country and advertising choice. Advertising cookies are only set after you accept them.
