Your account

You need an account to use Car Ahead. Keep your credentials safe and give accurate vehicle information — the predictions are only as good as the data you enter. One account per person.

What Car Ahead is, and is not

Car Ahead estimates future maintenance, costs and risks from the data you provide. These are estimates, not a professional inspection or legal vehicle history report. Always have safety concerns checked by a qualified mechanic. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of an estimate.

Free and Premium plans

The free plan is €0 and may show advertising. Premium costs €4.99 per month, removes advertising and unlocks the premium features described on the Premium page. Premium renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Payments and cancellation

Payments, invoices, renewals, payment retries, taxes and cancellations are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the applicable consumer law and Stripe's process.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, overload or probe the service, resell it, or upload unlawful content or photos you do not own the rights to. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which erases your data. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
